About the role
We are seeking a professional Waiter to join the dining team at Grand Hyatt Kochi. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience through courteous and efficient service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, linens, and service stations.
- Provide prompt and accurate order taking and delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel food and beverage service.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
