Butler Associate – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Butler Associate will deliver a seamless, high‑end experience for guests from the moment they book until they depart. Working in a vibrant resort environment, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every need is anticipated and fulfilled with professionalism and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests throughout their stay, handling reservations, check‑in, in‑stay requests and departure.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage teams to guarantee villas are immaculate and ready for arrival.
• Oversee villa cleaning and maintenance schedules to minimise guest disturbance.
• Promote on‑site facilities and provide recommendations for external activities.
• Manage flight confirmations, dinner reservations, tour arrangements and other itinerary items.
• Assist other departments with guest‑related matters to ensure timely, professional service.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team during dining experiences to meet guest preferences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resort operations and support training of staff when needed.
• Perform additional duties as directed by superiors.
