Travel Consultant – South Bangalore

About the role

Delight Departures is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its South Bengaluru office. The role involves guiding clients through the planning of personalized vacations, group tours and corporate travel, ensuring each itinerary matches the traveller’s preferences and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to capture their travel preferences, budget and special requirements.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, flights, accommodations and itinerary options.
• Recommend suitable travel packages and upsell additional services based on client needs.
• Process bookings using the company’s reservation systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during and after travel to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Residence in South Bangalore preferred.
• Proven experience in the travel industry, including knowledge of booking systems and travel‑related services.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.

• Basic salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
