Associate – Client Onboarding & Support

About the role

The Associate will lead new client onboarding, act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, and ensure smooth resolution of issues. This role supports client education, gathers feedback, and helps build long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding, explaining products and services.
• Respond to client questions and concerns via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop and nurture strong, lasting client relationships.
• Provide educational resources and updates on new features.
• Relay client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Patience and empathy when handling client inquiries.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prior client‑facing experience preferred.
