Business Development Manager – Corporate Fitout (Bangalore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth for our Corporate Fitouts and Project Management team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the interior fit‑out industry, a strong network, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate interior fit‑out clients, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and collaborations with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
• Maintain long‑lasting relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries.
• Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal design, estimation, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM software and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• MBA or Engineering graduate.
• 8+ years of experience in interior fit‑out business development or related sales roles.
• Strong network within corporate clients and industry stakeholders.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills with a target‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
