Key Account Manager – East & North Region

About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth across the East and North regions for Continental's ContiTech division. This role combines strategic customer engagement with techno‑commercial negotiation to build market credibility and secure orders.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the brand name across the East and North regions.
- Achieve assigned yearly sales and margin targets.
- Prepare and submit quotations, collect payments and conduct competition analysis.
- Identify new customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments and cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct techno‑commercial negotiations and secure orders.
- Obtain approval of technical data sheets, QAP and production clearance from customers.
Required profile
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering combined with an MBA in Marketing.
- Professional experience in sales, purchasing, controlling or planning.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of industry business, products and markets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a results‑oriented approach.
