Inside Sales Associate (Italian Speaking)

About the role

The Inside Sales Associate will focus on securing and growing new business for Monotype by managing lead generation, qualification and cold‑calling activities. You will deliver a positive customer experience that encourages ongoing engagement with Monotype’s type, technology and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Research targeted leads and accounts to identify decision makers, understand buying cycles and enable effective sales follow‑up.
• Cold‑call and email prospects generated from internal marketing programs or identified for Inside Sales coverage.
• Answer existing customer queries, spot upsell opportunities and retrieve feedback to improve offerings.
• Maintain and organize database reports daily, weekly and monthly, and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in direct or inside sales, with proven ability to convert prospects and achieve goals.
• Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) and strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, high‑energy, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) usage.
