Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – Monotype Secure

About the role

Monotype is building a category‑defining platform for physical product authentication and needs a senior sales leader in India to launch the go‑to‑market effort. You will be one of the first commercial hires, owning end‑to‑end enterprise deals for brand‑protection, security, packaging and supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the founder’s right‑hand on GTM, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed paid pilots and expansion.
• Sell six‑figure pilots and platform deals, then grow them into multi‑year commitments.
• Engage CXOs, VPs and middle‑management champions, building trust at all levels.
• Translate a deep, technical product into a compelling business case for non‑technical buyers.
• Provide real‑time customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Build repeatable sales processes, messaging, qualification criteria and collateral for future hires.
• Travel worldwide to client sites to cultivate relationships in person.

Required profile

• Proven lead‑closer on enterprise B2B tech or innovation sales (5+ years) or ex‑founder with GTM experience.
• Executive presence – comfortable running meetings with CXOs, VPs and middle management.
• Experience creating demand for genuinely new technology.
• Self‑directed startup operator who can progress without a finished playbook.
