About the role

Responsible for selling Paytm’s financial and merchant solutions, representing the brand and managing end‑to‑end customer relationships from lead generation to purchase completion.

Key responsibilities

Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural area.
Recruit, coach and mentor a field sales team (FSE) to drive business.
Plan market size, geography and targets for the FSE team.
Monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
Drive cross‑selling of financial products such as merchant loans, personal loans, gold SIPs and upgrades.

Required profile

Graduate degree; post‑graduation preferred.
Strong networking abilities and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Good understanding of lending products and ability to train and groom team members.
