About the role
Responsible for selling Paytm’s financial and merchant solutions, representing the brand and managing end‑to‑end customer relationships from lead generation to purchase completion.
Key responsibilities
- Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural area.
- Recruit, coach and mentor a field sales team (FSE) to drive business.
- Plan market size, geography and targets for the FSE team.
- Monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
- Drive cross‑selling of financial products such as merchant loans, personal loans, gold SIPs and upgrades.
Required profile
- Graduate degree; post‑graduation preferred.
- Strong networking abilities and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Good understanding of lending products and ability to train and groom team members.
