Strategic Account Manager – Critical Seller Accounts

About the role

In this role the Account Manager will manage a set of critical seller accounts that contribute over 20 % of the category’s business. The focus is on building strong relationships with top sellers, driving improvements in customer‑facing inputs and delivering on category objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high‑impact seller accounts and ensure their growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs tailored to each seller.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the customer experience and address seller needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to achieve category targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs.
• Background in account management, licensing or business development.
• Advanced degree (enrolled or completed) is preferred.
