Senior Sales Executive – Alloy Specialist

About the role

Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier to the jewellery manufacturing industry, is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of its specialised alloy portfolio in Mumbai. You will act as a trusted advisor to jewellery manufacturers, dealers and other industry professionals, expanding the client base and reinforcing the company’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets for alloy products.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the jewellery manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting alloy features and benefits.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and technical support based on client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximise profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market analyses for management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to spot strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order‑to‑delivery experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales experience in jewellery, precious metals, alloys, industrial products or related technical fields.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and proactive.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Metallurgy or related discipline (preferred).
• Existing network within the Mumbai jewellery manufacturing community is a plus.
