Retail Associate – Store Sales & Customer Service

About the role

As a Retail Associate you will help the store achieve its sales and profit targets while delivering an inspiring brand experience to customers. You will act as a brand ambassador, using product knowledge and customer‑service standards to build loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales, KPI and personal performance targets and take ownership of meeting or exceeding them.
• Deliver brand‑aligned customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently demonstrating brand attitude and values.
• Apply seasonal product knowledge during sales interactions and clearly communicate features, benefits and unique selling points.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries promptly and keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Perform all store operations safely, efficiently and in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and seek coaching for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school education (mandatory).
• Preferably at least 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment focused on customers and commercial results.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
