Sales Executive – IT Hardware Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and result‑oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of IT hardware products and services for VisionCraze IT Solutions. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving monthly sales targets across Delhi NCR.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other business‑development channels.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, startups, SMEs and other organisations for laptops, desktops, servers, workstations, monitors, printers, networking equipment and accessories.
• Promote sales, rental, leasing, AMC and related IT support services and prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement and operations teams to deliver suitable solutions and follow up to convert leads into business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, conduct regular client visits, and identify repeat‑business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Track leads, quotations, orders and sales activities, monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, MCA, BCA) – freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with existing corporate or client connections are preferred.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of IT hardware products and services.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office, Excel and CRM tools.
