Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in the Mumbai region.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about innovative pharmaceutical offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective, customer‑focused sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand product knowledge and network with industry professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
• Travel extensively within the Mumbai region to meet with clients and prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and sales techniques.
• In‑depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
• Knowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in India.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Mumbai region.
