Manager – Digital Platform Growth (D.OS)

About the role

Bosch Mobility Platforms is looking for a Manager to drive commercial growth of its Digital Operating Stack (D.OS) portfolio in India. The role sits within the Go‑To‑Market organization and owns revenue generation across enterprise accounts, leveraging platform‑led selling, cross‑portfolio monetisation and ecosystem partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve a defined D.OS revenue target, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
• Expand existing enterprise accounts by identifying upsell, renewal and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Drive cross‑selling into the Logistics Operating Stack, Utilisation Operating Stack and vertical software platforms.
• Collaborate with system integrators and cloud partners on co‑sell opportunities and bundled platform deals.
• Maintain pricing discipline, protect margins and ensure complete deal documentation and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, revenue ownership and end‑to‑end deal management.
• Strong commercial discipline with a track record of accurate pipeline and forecast management.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders within large customer organisations.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management.
