About the role

FATEH CARRIERS INC is seeking a dedicated Freight Broker to join its logistics team in Amritsar. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on coordinating transportation, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation logistics and manage shipping schedules.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and maintain strong client‑carrier relationships.
• Monitor on‑time delivery performance and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven logistics planning, transport coordination, and problem‑solving skills under tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of freight operations, carrier networks, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with logistics and shipping management software; basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational capabilities.
• Previous experience in freight brokerage or related logistics field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience is beneficial.
