About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while providing a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
• Accurately scan shipments, manage COD collections and ensure proof‑of‑delivery compliance.
• Maintain operational procedures and documentation in line with Blue Dart policies.
• Coordinate closely with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
• Handle customer queries and issues professionally, representing the Blue Dart brand.

• Physical fitness to handle packages and perform field duties.
