Transportation Representative – Work from Home

About the role

In this role, the candidate will work with the business and operations team to solve customer escalations, analyse historic results and initiate programmes in a fast‑growing, complex environment. The position is fully remote and offers a salary range of 16,000‑22,000 INR.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal customers such as CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program and HR.
• Drive improvements to visibility tools, methods and processes to increase actionable data availability.
• Proactively initiate SOPs and process changes as required.
• Advocate for customers to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Provide strong analytical, mediation and problem‑resolution support.
• Demonstrate leadership with a bias toward action and a culture of ownership.
• Collaborate effectively with remote and local management teams.
• Apply process‑improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th grade; any graduate accepted.
• Passionate, detail‑oriented and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical insight and ability to present complex information clearly.
