Fleet Manager - Assets (NCR)

About the role

Exponent Energy is hiring a Fleet Manager for its Assets and After Sales Support team, working with colleagues from several locations. It is an on-field position based outside Delhi NCR. The team builds operations from the ground up and delivers a seamless customer experience, supporting Exponent's rapid-charging proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Keep ground operations running smoothly for Assets and After Sales Support, ensuring a hassle-free customer experience
• Maintain asset inventory records in systems and on the ground
• Coordinate asset deployment and recovery with the business team
• Manage after-sales support deliverables and KPIs such as uptime, costs and quality
• Handle asset compliance, including insurance, FC renewals and challans
• Manage interactions with OEMs on technical issues, parts and warranty
• Lead a team of service engineers, technicians and service staff
• Monitor service campaigns, product recalls and retro-fitment activities
• Manage business relationships with clients, OEMs and external stakeholders such as insurers and finance companies
• Resolve basic service issues and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience in after-sales operations and customer support (EV experience preferred)
• Market knowledge of EVs, charging station deployment and logistics
• Cross-functional experience in service or technical roles is a bonus

• Data analytics skills and comfort with MS Excel
• Problem-solving, attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
