About the role

Exponent Energy is hiring a Purchase Executive in Bengaluru to join its Strategic Sourcing & SCM team. The team works on supplier negotiations, spend analysis and building strong relationships with supplier partners so that innovative products and components can be manufactured.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and verify accurate records of purchases, supplier information, contracts and invoices, ensuring data integrity.
Create and maintain master price lists for various products and report cost variances.
Coordinate with the Finance team on vendor payment issues and quarterly ledger reconciliation.
Prepare purchase plans based on the SNOP and pre-defined safety stock.
Take part in inventory audits, help with stock management and prepare budgets for quarterly demand, supporting budget planning as needed.

Required profile

3+ years of relevant experience.
Structured problem-solving, attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle data in a structured way.
Positive, resilient attitude and empathy toward customers.
