Purchase Executive (Open to Persons with Disability)

About the role

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, with a focus on supporting candidates with disabilities. The position is based in our Hosur office and requires 3-5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Regular purchase supply of products and materials.
• Track and record orders accurately.
• Receive orders and document arrivals.
• Manage the supply base and vendor relationships.
• Continuous and timely follow‑ups with vendors for pending materials, payments, and compliance such as vendor code, registration, and VAT certificates.
• Prepare material and purchase requisitions with proper justification, including budget, material code, WBS and plant code.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and material receipts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to justify purchase requisitions using budget, material code, WBS, and plant code.

Required profile

• Diploma and B.E. degree.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Open to candidates with locomotor, low vision, hard of hearing, dwarfism, muscular dystrophy, or blood disorder.
