Transportation Representative (Remote, Disability Preferred)

About the role

The Transportation Representative will work remotely to support internal customers and resolve transportation‑related escalations. In this fast‑growing environment, you will collaborate with business and operations teams to analyze historic results, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable data to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal customers such as CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program, and HR.
• Produce clear written and verbal messaging, creating compelling positioning and presenting complex information concisely.
• Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple, competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Apply strong analytical, mediation, and problem‑resolution skills to address issues.
• Demonstrate leadership with a bias toward action, fostering a culture of ownership and learning.
• Collaborate effectively in both remote and local management environments, ensuring clear formal and informal communication.
• Utilize process improvement techniques to enhance visibility tools, methods, and processes.

Required profile

• Completed 12th grade (high school) education.
• Any graduate degree is acceptable.
