About the role

The Fashion Advisor embodies Chanel’s brand style and acts as an ambassador for its progressive vision of style and beauty. You will convey the allure of Chanel’s fashion creations through personalized, human interaction, creating memorable experiences that foster lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Chanel’s heritage, codes and savoir‑faire to every client.
• Drive sales across all product lines and promote Chanel services such as alterations and CHANEL&moi.
• Identify prospective clients, build a client database and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Provide an authentic, personalized client journey, ensuring each visitor feels warmly welcomed.
• Maintain boutique appearance, including tidying, visual merchandising and inventory procedures.

Required profile

• Immaculately groomed with a warm, kind demeanor.
• Strong stylistic instincts and intuitive client sensitivity.
• Deep understanding of Chanel’s history, vision and product range.
• Ability to present and sell any line of Chanel products.
• Proactive in creating future growth opportunities through client engagement.
