Export Sales Manager – Africa Market

About the role

We are seeking an Export Sales Manager to lead our Africa market, focusing on FMCG, towels, garments, kraft paper and related products. The role offers the chance to act as a partner, taking ownership of market development and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new export customers across the African region.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop market entry strategies for product categories such as FMCG, textiles and paper.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, pricing and compliance.
• Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export sales to Africa, preferably in FMCG, textiles or paper products.
• Strong network of contacts and deep market knowledge of African countries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
