Customer Account Director – India & South Asia

About the role

The Customer Account Director for ACJ will lead the sales of aircraft and related services across India and South Asia. Reporting to the Head of ACJ, you will be responsible for building long‑term relationships with existing customers and generating new business to meet annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel by continuously identifying, qualifying and pursuing new leads.
• Lead, organise and coordinate the sales process for aircraft and service portfolios to assigned customers.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends and communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Design creative deal structures, including pricing, financing and delivery schedules, to align with customer needs.
• Identify risks and opportunities, escalating to ACJ management when necessary.
• Gather and act on customer feedback, maintaining a feedback loop internally and with the client.
• Support the planning and execution of industry events such as airshows, demonstration tours and customer conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within aviation or high‑value equipment sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• Solid understanding of the political and economic environment in India and South Asia.
• Ability to analyse financial performance and economic drivers of the region.
