Beauty Advisor – Travel Retail (Airport)

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor for Chanel’s Travel Retail division, you will deliver the brand’s luxury experience to airport customers in Delhi and Bangalore. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, providing personalized consultations and driving sales of fragrance and beauty products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales volume while maintaining superior client service.
• Conduct one‑to‑one beauty consultations and recommend products that meet customer needs.
• Achieve annual sales targets for the Fragrance & Beauty portfolio.
• Expand the customer base and build long‑term loyalty.
• Develop strong in‑store relationships through effective communication.
• Adapt to a 24 × 7 shift schedule required for airport retail operations.
