Beauty Advisor – In‑Store Make‑Up Specialist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor you will combine creative and technical make‑up expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while contributing to high‑impact in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and make‑up application.
• Deliver product knowledge and education to customers.
• Participate in and help organise in‑store events and promotions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out.
• Process sales using retail point‑of‑sale software.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Creative and technical make‑up expertise, formal qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Legal right to live and work in India.
