Associate Omni Channel

About the role

The Associate Omni Channel role at Myntra serves as the primary liaison between top‑tier fashion brands and internal cross‑functional teams. You will manage the end‑to‑end brand lifecycle, from onboarding and cataloguing to driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for brands and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
• Oversee cataloguing and go‑live activities, maintaining turnaround‑time schedules for new stores and sub‑brands.
• Maintain detailed performance trackers and achieve weekly targets.
• Formulate and execute brand strategies, pricing, promotions, and marketing budgets aligned with GMV targets.
• Monitor live price points and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Resolve seller payout discrepancies, cataloguing issues, and tech/order flow hurdles in collaboration with Tech and Ops teams.
• Scale existing brands through store and category expansion and increase inventory exposure.
• Identify and acquire new brand partners, guiding them through onboarding and go‑live processes.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, catalog management, and inventory management.
• Strong stakeholder liaison skills across technology, operations, finance, and category teams.
