Account Manager – Optimise SMB Publishers

About the role

Join Taboola’s high‑performing Optimise SMB Publishers team in Gurugram and help small and medium‑sized publishers succeed on our performance‑driven advertising platform. You will own a large global portfolio, use data to uncover growth opportunities, and drive revenue optimisation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~800 global publisher accounts, prioritising activities to maximise impact.
• Identify and pitch upsell opportunities by analysing performance data and client objectives.
• Conduct consultative calls and video meetings to explain optimisation strategies and value propositions.
• Close upsell deals at scale and own quarterly revenue and activity targets.
• Collaborate with internal product, operations and support teams to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of client‑facing experience in sales or account management.
• Data‑driven, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable with evolving processes and products.
• Team player who can also work independently to meet deadlines.
