Senior Manager, Global Coverage & Project Management

About the role

The Senior Manager of Global Coverage leads a team of Project Managers to deliver high‑quality market research projects for Cint’s global clients. This remote position requires close collaboration with sales, product, finance and client teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a diverse team of Project Managers, handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Use Cint’s proprietary platform to design, launch and monitor research surveys for advertising effectiveness and professional services.
• Act as the primary escalation point for platform issues, client concerns, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors, Account Management, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Compile and present data from tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and Excel to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with at least 8 years of customer‑facing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and scaling teams.
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
