Account Manager

About the role

D2Cbox is a leading e‑commerce enablement studio that builds high‑converting Shopify stores for Direct‑to‑Consumer brands. As an Account Manager you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client’s expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and break them into technical (code) and non‑technical (no‑code) tasks.
• Communicate project goals, priorities, and timelines clearly to the development team.
• Validate feasibility of requirements with engineers and provide realistic timelines to clients.
• Oversee all non‑technical Shopify tasks, including plugin integration and performance monitoring.
• Test new developments against client specifications and resolve issues before delivery.
• Prioritize the work pipeline to ensure timely, high‑quality output.
• Develop and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Create monthly website speed reports using Google Page Insights and coordinate bug fixes.
• Provide responsive client support via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
