Sales Specialist – Influencer & Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist who will drive sales turnover and manage the full customer journey from lead generation to conversion. The role focuses on building a loyal network of influencers and partners to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales turnover by identifying and converting end‑consumer opportunities through various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers such as interior designers, kitchen studios, bath stores and trades.
• Own the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial lead to final conversion.
• Monitor competition offerings and continuously raise the standard of customer experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalations, providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adopt and promote sales tools, systems and processes to meet targets.
