Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Experience Specialist who will drive revenue growth and ensure a seamless journey for our customers from first contact to conversion. The role focuses on building and nurturing a network of influencers across interior design, kitchen, and bath sectors to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales turnover by converting leads into satisfied customers.
• Develop and maintain a loyal network of influencers such as interior designers, kitchen studios, bath stores and tradespeople.
• Identify and pursue cost‑effective opportunities to reach end‑consumers through multiple channels.
• Own the complete customer journey, ensuring a high‑quality experience from lead generation to final sale.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships to support business growth.
• Monitor competitor offerings and continuously raise the standard of customer experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact for escalations, delivering prompt and effective resolutions.
