About the role
The Room Attendant (Housekeeping Host) ensures guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and clean environment throughout their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting atmosphere in all assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or missing supplies.
- Interact courteously with guests, addressing their needs promptly.
Required profile
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
- Customer‑service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
