Pharmacist – Patient Care & Medication Management

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Santhapet. The role involves ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while providing personalized advice to patients. You will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient medication plans.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications and explain dosage and usage instructions.
• Conduct patient consultations to discuss medication management, potential side effects, and adherence.
• Maintain and monitor medication inventory, preventing shortages and expirations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to review and adjust medication regimens.
• Compile and update patient medication records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, etc.) or related field.
• 0‑1 year of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
