About the role
The Healthcare Specialist at Microsoft Tech Club will design and deliver healthcare‑related training that bridges medical concepts with technology initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Hyderabad and works closely with student leaders and faculty.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver curricula, workshops, and emergency medical response sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate healthcare knowledge into tech‑driven projects.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and mentor participants interested in health and technology.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Experience in educational, community or campus‑based health programs.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple on‑site initiatives.
Required skills
- EMT or equivalent emergency medical training.
- Training and communication skills for curriculum design and workshop delivery.
- Ability to collaborate with students, educators and technology specialists.
