Medical Lab & Radiology Technician – Full-time (Chennai)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Medical Laboratory Technician and Radiology Technician to join our healthcare team in Chennai. This full‑time position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to contribute to patient care through accurate testing and imaging support.

Key responsibilities

• Collect blood, urine and other biological samples from patients following safety protocols.
• Perform a variety of laboratory tests on collected samples according to established procedures.
• Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to medical staff.
• Participate in quality‑control activities to uphold accreditation standards.
• Maintain precise records of all tests performed and results obtained.

Required profile

• Degree in BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc or B.E.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to safety, quality guidelines and regulatory compliance.
