Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially‑minded Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to partner directly with the COO and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Procurement. In this high‑visibility role you will translate corporate strategy into actionable financial and operational outcomes, driving decision‑making on pricing, capital allocation, SaaS unit economics, and multi‑year planning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an embedded financial advisor to cross‑functional leaders, evaluating revenue growth levers, productivity, and cost‑optimization strategies.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan, rolling quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial planning while monitoring key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, LTV, CAC, churn, contribution margins).
• Develop and govern commercial finance and pricing strategies, including deal structures, discount policies, and cohort profitability.
• Build dynamic business cases, ROI frameworks, and scenario models for strategic initiatives such as AI projects, international expansion, and technology investments.
• Prepare insight‑driven executive reporting packs, Board decks, and investor presentations.
• Modernize FP&A infrastructure using Power BI, advanced Excel, dashboards, and AI‑enabled reporting tools.
• Establish financial controls, standardize forecasting across units, and optimize capital allocation to sustain EBITDA growth.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Business Finance Analysts, fostering a high‑performance analytical culture.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
• MBA (Finance) or CFA designation – highly preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Domain experience in SaaS, Cloud, CPaaS, B2B Enterprise Software, or technology subscription models.
• Proven executive presence with a track record of presenting to senior leadership and boards.
