About the role

Capco is seeking experienced Data Quality consultants to support a key client engagement focused on Data Quality transformation and regulatory compliance, delivering Data Quality Remediation & Transformation Plan actions aligned to BCBS239 compliance and implementing DQ Management Standard 2.0.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Data Quality RTP actions to meet BCBS239 compliance objectives.
• Perform discovery and assessment on high‑risk data quality processes.
• Identify gaps in RTPs and lead remediation activities.
• Support implementation of DQ Management Standard 2.0.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance DQ tools such as Rosetta and DQMA.
• Drive digitisation to reduce manual data quality and metadata management tasks.

Required profile

• 8–14 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance or regulatory data.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with metadata management and business glossaries.
• Proven stakeholder management and consulting skills.
