Apprentice – Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Development

About the role

The Apprentice – Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Development role supports ERP training by creating guided learning content that helps end users perform daily system tasks. The position is structured, task‑driven and learning‑oriented, with most guidance coming from the Training Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content based on detailed instructions, examples and templates provided by the Training team.
• Build step‑by‑step guided tours, walkthroughs and contextual help within Oracle Fusion.
• Apply established templates, standards, naming conventions and formatting guidelines consistently.
• Update content according to review feedback, testing outcomes and system changes.
• Perform basic testing to ensure guides function correctly in target environments.
• Track assigned work, ask questions early and communicate progress or issues to the Training Lead.
• Support training readiness, go‑live activities and post‑go‑live updates as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Technology or a closely related field.
• Interest in digital learning tools, system enablement or user support within enterprise applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented instructions precisely.
• Clear written communication skills focused on simple, step‑by‑step guidance for end users.
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes and standards quickly.
• Ability to work independently with structured oversight and feedback.
