Global Size Data Analyst – Data Pillar

Calling all originals: At Levi Strauss & Co., you can be yourself — and be part of something bigger. The Global Size Data Analyst drives size productivity and inventory optimization through analytics, dashboards, and reporting that enhance size signal accuracy and grid performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking size curve accuracy, grid productivity, and inventory performance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, partner with data governance to address quality gaps.
• Measure and track productivity of size offerings and deliver dashboards for merchandising, sales, allocation, and planning.
• Validate machine‑learning size profiles, provide feedback to data scientists, and support user acceptance testing for digital sizing tools.
• Craft data‑driven narratives for stakeholders, aligning sizing deliverables with GTM milestones.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on sizing tools, train users, and ensure consistent adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in data analytics, merchandising, demand planning, inventory management or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to synthesize quantitative data into business‑relevant conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and build relationships across global teams.
