Contract Compliance SME & AI Evaluation Specialist (On-Call)

About the role

Volga Partners is seeking experienced finance and compliance professionals to join an on‑call network of subject‑matter experts supporting AI training and evaluation projects. The role is fully remote and offers flexible, project‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review finance‑related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks for AI models.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, and business relevance.
• Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and improvement areas in financial analyses and recommendations.
• Provide structured feedback and quality assessments to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with project teams and meet established timelines and productivity goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance, audit, insurance, compliance, legal, or risk disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with excellent written English communication.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, quantitative research.
• Reviewing technical content, research, or analytical reports.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, data annotation, or model evaluation projects (preferred).

What we offer

• Hourly compensation of $5.00‑$9.00 USD.
