Forensic Auditing SME & AI Evaluation Specialist (On‑Call)

About the role

Volga Partners is seeking experienced forensic auditing and claims professionals to support an AI initiative that develops and evaluates next‑generation financial and insurance reasoning models. The position is remote, on‑call and project‑based, offering flexible hours and competitive hourly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review finance‑related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks for AI training.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality and business relevance.
• Review financial analyses, assumptions, calculations and recommendations, identifying inaccuracies and improvement areas.
• Provide structured feedback and quality assessments to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables and meet established timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Insurance, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance, audit, insurance, compliance, legal or risk disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with excellent written English communication.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred certifications: CFA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, MBA, CIA, CISA or JD.

Required skills

• Financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting and investment analysis.
• Quantitative research and review of technical or analytical reports.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, data annotation or model evaluation projects (a plus).
