Principal Analyst - ATR

About the role

The Principal Analyst – ATR will own the timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials for the zone/country, including income statement, balance sheet and cash‑flow analysis. You will work closely with GCC teams, zone and country controllers, and ensure compliance with SOX, MICS and audit requirements while driving efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit income statement and balance sheet, with ability to reopen for error correction.
• Produce cash‑flow schedules and perform variance analysis across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Maintain tax reconciliation, loan and receivable ageing schedules, and KPI reports for net CAPEX.
• Coordinate ERP accounting entries, journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring accurate Cognos figures for senior management.
• Partner with business operations to identify and implement productivity and automation improvements.

Required profile

• Semi‑qualified CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA or related finance qualification.
• Minimum 3 + years experience in finance, accounting, reporting or audit.
• Experience working with SAP/ERP systems and strong MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
• Ability to analyze complex accounting data and manage stakeholder relationships.
