About the role

As a Client Advisor for Christian Louboutin, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a personalised and luxurious experience to every client. Working within a high‑performing sales team, you will translate the brand’s DNA into sales success while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service following the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony, ensuring each client receives a personalised and discreet experience.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the brand’s collections, including design, craftsmanship, materials and care instructions.
• Manage client queries, returns and damages professionally and promptly.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products and prioritising key items.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, driving CRM activity and organising private sales or events.
• Participate in all training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge and brand values.
• Uphold the luxury brand image through personal grooming, dress code and professional behaviour.
