Business Head – Workwear & Corporate Merchandising

About the role

Uniwear, a leading B2B uniform manufacturing and corporate gifting company, is looking for a Business Head to drive growth across its workwear and corporate merchandising solutions. The role reports to the Chief Business Officer and requires a commercially‑driven leader who can shape strategy, manage profitability and lead a high‑performing sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term business strategies aligned with Uniwear’s growth objectives.
• Identify new revenue opportunities across uniforms, workwear, institutional apparel, corporate merchandise and gifting, including new geographic markets and strategic partnerships.
• Own revenue, gross‑margin and profitability targets; prepare annual business plans, forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor pricing, product costing, discounts and commercial terms to ensure margin protection.
• Lead B2B sales and business‑development efforts, building a structured pipeline of corporate, industrial and institutional opportunities.
• Participate directly in strategic selling, key‑account management, pricing decisions, commercial negotiations and operational reviews.

Required profile

• Significant experience in uniforms, garments, apparel, textiles, fabrics, workwear or related B2B industries.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and managing profitability.
• Strong market knowledge, sales leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style with ability to engage in strategic selling and negotiations.
