B2B Sales Operations Associate

About the role

KKBC Australia is hiring a B2B Sales Operations Associate on a contingent basis, working remotely from India. The associate builds relationships with new clients, guides them through their needs and helps meet them, while also handling renewals, cross-selling and upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close deals individually to build new networks and introduce KKBC services
• Handle project renewals, cross-selling and upselling, and increase the value of existing clients while attracting and retaining new ones
• Identify and propose potential business deals by contacting partners and exploring opportunities
• Analyse deals using market strategy, requirements, potential and financial data
• Draft and review contracts, business plans and proposals, and schedule prospect meetings
• Maintain tracking reports on prospect meetings and internal files, and prepare Periodic New Business Status Reports
• Conduct preliminary research for the solicitation stage and take part in client meetings under supervision

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Master's degree acceptable
• Business-level English; TOEIC 600+ or equivalent is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency; international work experience is a plus
• Own workspace, fast internet and a PC or laptop with sufficient specifications
