Pre-Sales IT Business Analyst (Business Development)

About the role

Supportsoft Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive / Pre-Sales IT Business Analyst in Jaipur, working full-time from the office. The role combines business development and sales with technical understanding, especially for working with Australian clients. It covers lead generation, client relationship management, requirement analysis and support of the sales process with strong documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Manage leads through a CRM and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Build and maintain client relationships, especially in the Australian market
• Reach out by calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking
• Coordinate with internal teams so client requirements match the offerings
• Run discovery calls to understand client business and technical needs
• Analyse requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Prepare BRD, SRS, proposals, SOW and user stories, plus presentations, estimations and solution decks
• Work with development teams on scope and feasibility
• Use CRM tools to track leads, communication and deal progress

Required profile

• Fluent English, spoken and written (mandatory)
• Ability to interact with Australian or international clients
• Technical understanding of IT services (web, mobile, AI/ML, cloud)
• Experience with documentation such as BRD, SRS and proposals
• Preferred: 0.6-2 years in business development, pre-sales or business analysis; experience in IT services or software development; knowledge of Agile/Scrum; exposure to offshore outsourcing
