Business Development Executive

About the role

MANIL TEXFAB, a growing uniform manufacturer, is expanding its presence across Rajasthan and seeks a motivated Business Development Executive based in Jaipur. You will be responsible for creating new B2B opportunities and strengthening relationships with schools, hospitals, corporates and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads across Jaipur and the wider Rajasthan region.
• Connect with key decision‑makers such as owners, directors, administrators and purchase managers.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, understand client requirements and present product samples and manufacturing capabilities.
• Generate enquiries, develop qualified sales opportunities and move them toward closure.
• Coordinate samples, quotations and proposals with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations and follow‑ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover additional opportunities.
• Travel across Rajasthan as required for client meetings and business development activities.

Required profile

• Graduates with BBA, B.Com or MBA (freshers or 0‑1 year experience).
• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional when interacting with business decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, target‑oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Willingness to travel throughout Rajasthan and learn on the job.
